ARIZA Credit Union is the Oldest and largest Credit Union in Grenada. Founded in 1947, ARIZA began as the Public Service Credit Union serving only public servants. It currently has an open bond. Almost three years ago the Credit Union rebranded, transitioning from the Grenada Public Service Credit Union to ARIZA. Membership growth has almost doubled since the rebranding and the staff compliment has increased by 80 percent.

The objective of this consultancy is to conduct a comprehensive job evaluation exercise at ARIZA to ensure that all management and non-management positions are appropriately classified and aligned to achieve internal and external equity.

Interested consultants should submit a Proposal with supporting documentation in a sealed envelope clearly marked “PROPOSAL TO PROVIDE CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE CONDUCT OF A JOB EVALUATION EXERCISE AT ARIZA” on or before 31st December 2019.
