BACKGROUND

Ridgeway Residences is a gated suburban community developed by Ariza Credit Union. Conveniently located in the heart of a picturesque, tranquil residential ridge overlooking the St. George’s Harbour, Morne Jaloux, Grenada. Ridgeway Residences offers the sophisticated homeowner access to urban amenities without the bustle that could accompany it. The Residences comprises of unique, modern, yet affordable architectural designs with optional variations befitting your lifestyle.

Consisting of 19 acres of gently undulating land which were subdivided into 48 lots. Three model house designs have been built; Blossom, Lily, and Buttercup with two additional designs: Poinsettia and Ixora.

OBJECTIVE:

Ariza is seeking proposals from professional, qualified, and experienced contractors to provide contractual work to refurbish, renovate or build houses at its Ridgeway Residences property development. Persons awarded contracts will work directly with the Ariza Project Manager to complete tasks within an appropriate timeline, budget and ensuring compliance with safety and industry regulations.

• The business registration Certificate
• The company’s track record and background
• Jobs completed and price range
• The company’s workforce/ plant and equipment
• Two references
• Financial standing of the Company
