We are proud to announce that Ariza Credit Union will be the title sponsor of the 2018 Inter-collegiate Swimming Championships.

On Wednesday 7th March, at 10.00 am schools across our tri-island state, along with defending champions from Joseph’s Convent St. George’s (SJC) and Presentation Brothers College (PBC) will gather at the Good Hope Pool, in St. Pauls.

This year, Ariza has embraced the collaboration with Ministry of Sports and Grenada Amateur Swimming Association (GASA) and participating institutions, to ensure that the event is a success for our youth and we play our part in raising awareness about swimming as a life skill for students.

Ariza Credit Union is pleased to partner with local clubs, organisations and government agencies in order to facilitate worthwhile ventures, like this one, which has a positive impact on our youth and uplift the communities in which we operate.

Promoting swimming as a life skill and our partnership with GASA is not new. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed playing an active role in OECS Swim competitions and the annual Cross Harbor Swim.

Our interest in youth has always been a part of our focus. Our Excel Programme was specifically designed to reward secondary school children, with the aim of encouraging good performance in academics, as well participation in approved sporting, athletic and artistic activities. By setting up an Excel account at Ariza, students are given incentives to work hard and save for their future and the reward is an additional EC$25 in their Excel accounts if they achieve an A average on their report card at the end of the term. We hope that through these activities and our Excel programme, we will encourage younger and vibrant Grenadians to join Ariza Credit Union.

Ariza Credit Union is focused on enabling the dreams of its members, wherever they lie. By providing this support we aim to foster a deepened passion and heightened interest by the participants in swimming, the career opportunities it can offer, or simply for the exhilaration that doing something that one loves, brings.
